Ladies please help! Not sure if labor is starting??

Hi girls, I need some help on my body today.

So I woke up this morning with spotting mixed with alot of discharge. Then slowly throughout the day had some lower back pain and many period like cramps mixed with the feeling of needing to poop (sorry to be blunt!)

Then aeound 4:00 I had a glub of bloody creamy discharge and then more consistent minor leriod type crampa that went for three hours. But now they have stopped but still a little bleeding.

Am I in early labour?? Was that my muscus plug coming out?? And when do you go to the hospital??

My first, water broke then contractions..I never had all this!

Sorry for the long message but any advice would be greatly appreciated! !!
