So I decided to test at supposedly 7 dpo and recieved a faint positive ... Then yesterday at 12 dpo I tested with a digital and got a confirmed 'pregnant' .... Do u think it's possible twins since the faint positive showed so early??? That would be awesome just want opinions lol

It's always possible. More likely though that you implanted early.

Maybe, but I got a  faint positive at 10 days after and I'm only having one. But if twins run in the family of course it's possible

I got a pos at 8dpo but levels are only 48 so thought the same but then I thought hcg would be massive
