Mucus plug or discharge??

Question

FTM and I've been put on bed rest since 30 weeks, currently 32 weeks. I have a short cervix and was experiencing Braxton hicks and her head is really low. I'm wondering if this is Normal discharge of could I be using my mucus plug?? I'm not sure what it's supposed to look like!

My midwife told me that could be your mucous plug but they can rejuvenate. When it's time for labour your "bloody show" will be just that. Pink tinge or bloody. But yes Iv had the same and was told that is mucous plug but it can fall away as your cervix changes and rejuvenate.

That kind of looks like the normal discharge, mucus plug typically has some blood in it.
