HELP!!! Soreness bf while preg...

So I am currently 4 weeks preggers and still exclusively breastfeeding my 6 month old son (case in point that breastfeeding does not always prevent pregnancy). We were trying but didn't expect it lol.  My problem is that the one symptom I would have to go and get the worst is the sore nipples. It feels like they are being ripped off every time he eats 😭😭😭. What is something I can do to help this since it's a pregnancy problem and not a soreness from feeding problem?
