How to dry mill up?

I need to stop pumping. Long story short in order for us to start ivf cycles I have to have a period which appears to not be around due to me BF. We would like to start by mov if I can get my period back by August. (Must have at least 3 norms periods before they will consider) that being said I have seen cabbage leafs? Decreased pumping am down to 20 min X 3 a day. Loosing one pump session this week. And the. sudafed. What dose of sudafed? And can I give the baby that milk or will I have to dump it? I know when I took Benadryl I didn't have to dump. TIA
