So today I am starting my journey to lose weight. . . I finally worked the nerve to take this final decision since I had been trying to find a nice outfit and all my pants did not fit 😓 I am starting the gym tonight after work and slightly changing my diet to small portions (fruits, veggies, lean meat) I know it'll be mind over matter and tough but I can do this ❤️ (my BF will work out with me too ) anyone else on this path? Any encouraging words! Or advice greatly appreciated! Thank you
