"Rose" variations

Kala • Married mama of 2, pregnant with rainbow baby due October 2018.
We've been calling our baby girl "Rosie" for awhile (middle name will be Elizabeth) but it is too cutesy to put Rosie on the birth certificate? Should it just be Rose? (My husband isn't a fan). Or should we go for another, longer form of Rose? I'm open to suggestions!
