+ opk and bleeding?

Yesterday I took a opk and it was positive( took in the morning) Then by mid afternoon when i went to rhe bathroom I had med. spotting. Im so confused! Could this be implantation bleeding? We didn't bd yesterday or day before due to dh working 16 hr shifts.
