How do I get his attention

So there's this guy that comes in at the bar I work at and he's hot like really hot. We've talked a few times and he asked what state I'm from because of the way I speak, so we got into a nice convo. I see him looking at me a lot since the first time I saw him. Every now and then he'll go with his friend and I see both of them looking at me. The thing is he knows I had a boyfriend plus the ring on my finger, so maybe that's why he never said or did anything other than look and talk. I recently broke up w/ my cheating boyfriend and he's already got my attention. I'm single so I'm guessing that's alright but he probably still thinks I'm in a relationship since one time when we were talking I told him myself I had a boyfriend. Another thing is that he is 37 or 38 years old and I am 19. I never told him my age but he probably knows & I found his Facebook, we've got a mutual friend (lady that works at the bar also) and today is her bday so he wrote on her timeline happy bday and I liked it so he would get the notification w/ my name. Maybe that's a way he can notice me? I need help. 😩 I suck at this.
