Can people sense pregnancy??!!

I know it sounds crazy but last thursday a man who comes in to my work awkwardly asked if I was pregnant!? It caught me so off guard because right at the same time I got the alert through this app that I was beginning my fertile window.. It threw me for a loop.. I had my period the beginning of this month so im not sure if i could be or not.. What really gets me is TODAY a woman who comes into my store said this "are you trying to tell me something" and pointed to my stomach!!! Like wtf?! What are the odds of that?! 2 people within a few days!! Can people sense it or what?! I took a test friday and it was negative. So im going to wait another week or so... Im just in shock that 2 different people said that to me!! Ha sorry if i sound crazy!!
