Tampons after birth!!
How soon after having a baby can you wear a tampon? I had c-section exactly 1 month ago today and we are taking my daughter and son swimming today.. (daughter is 3) I am barely bleeding, just hardly spotting and have my first check up in 2 days.. In-case I decide to get in the water with my daughter, is it okay to wear a tampon for an hour or so?
