Transverse baby

Ladies - I'm due July 28th and my little lady is lying sideways ....my son was head down at this point. Anyways - this morning if feels as though she's dropped down SIDEWAYS STILL. It hurts. So so bad. It's not like ctx it's just constant pain. I hung upside down off my couch and she moved up but went right back when I stood up. I'm lying on my left side but it isn't helping
