Help! Premature labor?

Hi everyone! The last few days I've had really bad pressure in my pubic area that comes and goes. It so bad that it hurts to walk and bend over. I'm pretty sure I lost part of my mucus plug yesterday morning. I've been getting these terrible cramps that come every hour on the hour. They almost feel like period cramps or when you have the stomach flu. I haven't been able to keep a lot of food since yesterday either. The baby is still moving but I've notice a decrease in movemnt. I've been leaking fluid since 30 weeks which the doctors know. I'm currently 33 weeks. If anyone has an suggestions as to what is going that would be very appreciated!
