Pain in my left breast

I woke up this morning and my left breast hurts. I tried to pump when I got up but I didn't get like anything out of that side I've also massaged it and didn't feel any bumps and I also took a hot shower and pumped after but I haven't been getting much out of that side. So Ive been having Tyrion nurse from that side but it's sore.. idk know how to make it not sore and idk why it hurts so much
