Help me

I just need a plan on how to get over my unborn child dad since he has moved on. I don't go out nowhere so its hard to occupy myself. I don't really have friends please help. I try to not call him everyday but its hard I still call. Sometimes he show me he care an sometimes he just don't so to stop gettn my feelings hurt how do I just get over him?
