Changing Doctors?!?

I am just wondering I already seen one Dr. For my first PG visit but now I am thinking about switching to a different Dr. From another office/Hospital. So would they retake my blood & do all the lab tests again for their own records

Not necessarily. I had to switch Drs. I couldn't even make an appointment with a new OB office until I had all of my records regarding pregnancy sent over to the new office. With that they forwarded my blood work and ultrasound along with notes. I've had to have more blood and ultrasound but that's bc of my stage in pregnancy not because of switching dr.

No you can sign a medical records release and have them sent to the new doctor

I switched at 18 weeks and they didnt do everything again. I just did paperwork and urine sample.

I switched around 19 wks and currently inbetween obs and I'm 31 weeks. All ya gotta do is sign a release form and they can get all your info transferred
