Someone please help

Okay so I got vvvfl on first response last week I have been to the doctors she said she can see vvvvfl but obvs still early now I'm getting pains in my lower tummy and back and I'm very constipated. Sorry for tmi but so these symptoms sounds normal I am extraming snappy at people and can't seem to settle I don't feel normal for me can someone please help I'm meant to be going for a scan in 6 days time arranged by my doctor without me requesting it due to me suffering a miscarriage 2 months prior to this. I need advise sharp pains when I sit down back ache generally feel really off to what I normally do AF 2 days late.
