Are these symptoms of PG or AF one her way??

The last 5days I have been having small boughts of being nauseated. It usually comes randomly but at times gets worse if i eat or drink. I have been having cramps in both my hips, in the center of my uterus, Ive even had an occasional pinch below my belly button. My lower back hurts a little and it is kinda tender to sleep on my stomach which is my favorite sleeping position. I just wondering if these are pg symptoms or if its just AF on her way.
