Going to be so awkward
So when I'm at school my period is heavily flow today I changed my pad twice at school. And I've got PE 2moro last tiem I had PE on my period I was doing a gymnastics assessment and my period blood kinda went into my leotard. Even wearing a pad😱
I don't like tampons
Any suggestions on what I could do??
