My AF was Nov 1-4 had positive ovulation on the nine today um 11dpo I been having sore breast left side pain back ache chest pain two days ago so I took sum ibuprofen haven't had chest pain since but left side still hurt not bad breast are still sore lower Back ache frequently urine could it be uti or what please help when I do breast exam it sore with my first pregnant I didn't know I was pregnant until 6 weeks
