Any suggestions? Pubic bone pressure

Have extreme pain and soreness around my groin pubic bone area. Any tips or ideas to relieve pressure. It's the worst after laying down or sitting for a while. Feels like I'm going to split open.

You could try some prenatal yoga stretching. Hands and knees while you rock your hips may help. Also hands and knees while you alternate between sticking out your butt and then curling it back in and tucking your pubic bone may help. Hip stretching could help too.

I had this, it's currently gone and might be related to some medication I'm on that stops my early contractions but I researched before and some people swear by belts. Mine didn't help me much but it was borrowed and one size too big. They sell one that covers the pubic area that I wanted to try. Some people swear by a chiropractor or saw a physical therapist who helped.

I would say stretching, hot baths, maybe the pool! I love stretching in the pool, I can move so much easier than otherwise. I use the wall to stretch and it seems to help a lot. I also put ice on my lower back and at the very least it creates a distraction. Good luck!
