Back cramping pain. Help!!!
Has anyone got really bad back pain 33 weeks and 3 days pregnant my back feels really tight almost like period cramping back pain ive been having it all day no massages or heat pads seem to work ... It even hurts to walk and even sit in certain positions i dont know what to do .. 😰😰
