Pains at 6 weeks

I'm getting sharp pains in my tummy to the point where I shout out load but only comes now and again. And hurts in certain laying positions. I've noticed today I have serious vertigo too, constantly feel like I'm going to vomit whilst being light headed

Anyone know if this is normal? Or shall I see the doctor?
