Should I call my OB?... I have been having weird pinching in my vagina and its PAINFULL!, every time baby kicks it hurts, my feet have swollen to a ball and hasn't went down, had a headache earlier today with some messed up seeing but it went away, and I'm itchy everywhere. 36weeks &6days tomorrow.

Call. I had almost no symptoms and turned out to have toxemia. Healthy pregnancy with no issues prior. You could be showing symptoms of that. Call and be safe-I was admitted to hospital and had a healthy baby 10 days ago at 36 weeks- no nicu time. 4lbs, 12.5 oz. take this seriously!

Sounds like what I have been having which is normal but it's always better to be safe then sorry and call doctor for their opinion.
