13 weeks and pink spotting

I'm am 13 weeks today and when I went to the bathroom this morning I had some pink spotting. I have an at home fetal Doppler and found the babies heartbeat right away but I am still worried. I have no cramping and the spotting is getting lighter but has anyone had experience with this and know what could be causing it? I also have a really bad sinus infection and am on antibiotics.
