A pimple on my Vagina?

Okay so I had this bump by my vagina for weeks. Today I saw blood or puss coming out from the bump. I made a decision to pop it. I have no clue what this is, I know its not a Std because this happened before of having sex.

I just want to know is it a cyst or a pimple. Before all this happened I have been shaving my vaginal area, and maybe 2 or 3 days a I saw this bump, so I just thought in a couple of days or so It would go away but now I've had it for weeks. Is there anything you can tell me on what this is and how to heal this...
