Do you ever get cramp feelings after you put a tampon in?

Every once in a while when I put a tampon in it almost causes me to have cramps. Like I'm internally allergic to the tampon or something

They say if you are already crampy (like I am the first day of my period) to not use them. I think they do make cramps worse. Try a pad, especially at night, to ease the twinge!

I never had cramping with a tampon until after I miscarried. Now I can't use them at all. /:

Yes, I stopped using them and switched to a Diva Cup. No more issues.

Sometimes if is playtex those ones hurt me a lot so I don't use them and the regular Kotex also make me cramp. I have to use small tampons otherwise it's like owey this is uncomfortable and hurts sonetimes
