Someone PLEASE HELP!!!

To start, the past 2 days I've been having extremely sharp pains in my vagina area ("lightening crotch"). It hurts SOOO BADLY!!! And then on top of that my vagina is sort of swelling up... What in the world is going on!?

Also for about a week or more I've been having white discharge and it smells bad most of the time, I never thought anything of it cause discharge is normal. But now I'm getting worried as if its not.

Im going to call my midwife tomorrow but for now doesn't anyone have answers for me!? I'm also 32 weeks pregnant by the way
