Experienced pregnant mommies!

I think, like many newly pregnant mommies, I'm reacting to every twinge and cramp I feel. I'm 5 weeks 1 day and having light pressure and cramps in my lower abdomen. Nothing painful. Is that fairly normal for early pregnancy? Thanks!!
