Stressed!!!!!!! ðŸ˜
As most of you do, I have my own wide range of stressors and at 32 weeks 2 days, I'm really struggling to keep it minimal and work thru it. I want to just cry and play everything that seems to be going wrong over in my mind until I fall asleep- then I have nightmares about it all!!! I've tried calm music, trying to talk it out (impossible at 1am with my partner laying next to me, who is also causing me great stress), gentle activities, watching TV, snacking lol I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions for this first time mommy?!
