Please help/advice, periods getting shorter -2days

My periods always used to be for about 5 days (5th day just spotting). But from last few months it lasts only for 2 days.is it alarming?the flow is normal and I get periods like cramps also. I am 30 and ttc.why is my periods getting shorter ?would this effect my chances of getting pregnant?
