36 week pains???!!

I am so not in tune with my body. So I have no clue what is going on. What I do know is that I am in PAIN

So I am coming to you glow mums for help, should I contact my doctor or is this ,normal???

I am running a low grade fever of 101.3 , My tummy is So tight almost like a crampy abdomen But not quite, and my lower back kills. My most prominent pain is down lower. It feels like someone is repetitively punching me in the butt bones. The pain radiates down my legs and my poor lady bits are affected as well...it almost feels like the flu, how much it all aches

If I haven't mentioned I am a ftm , I'm having a baby boy who Will be named Ashton Lucas Byrd.
