Late but not pregnant...

My period was supposed to start today Friday 11/21 and I have no signs of it. My period is never late. We have been TTC since September. I took a test with FMU and it said BFN :( I feel nauseous and my throat is sore. Is it possible that we conceived Thursday when we BD and my CM was heavy EWCM?
