I need help!

I need help! I feel so unattractive... I feel like my boyfriend finds his ex more attractive than me... I am a bigger girl - 5'4 and 225lbs. His ex was 100lbs when they met. They were together for 8 years and she broke up with him... 5 months later he got with me. I have come to find out that when he first got with me, he was actually talking to her more than me. He never wants to have sex, kiss, ect. I feel like he is unattracted to me because of my weight - last night he said "quit eating so much"; I am 26 weeks pregnant and don't eat but 3 or 4 times a day. My portions are always small. He also makes comments about my breast size... I am a member of the Itty bitty titty committee, and his ex, well, she filled a DD. I just feel like I have to lose weight, get breast implants, and spend hundreds of dollars on tattoos, just for him to find me attractive... what should I do? Is this hormones?
