Do you drink alcohol?
As an all natural lady, I tend to feel negatively about alcohol because it's literally toxic poison in your body. I've been eating clean on the paleolithic diet (no processed foods, added sugar, grains, dairy, etc) and I took a sip of an alcoholic drink yesterday for the first time in months and it was just awful. Tasted like straight sugar and bubbly toxin. I want to be able to drink every once in a while though. Do any of you stay away from alcohol? If not, what could I order or make at home that isn't so sugary and feels more natural in the body?
