Guy height

I like this guy, he's so so sweet and he's attractive too but there's the slight flaw that he's just a tinge shorter than me. I couldn't feel more shallow saying this but it actually bothers me. Im the type to love heals and wedges and I'm so concerned with how odd it will look. I'm just wondering if I'm the only one- is it weird seeing a couple and the girl being taller? Or would you guys say it's pretty normal? I've had 3 friends already gone "oh lol" when I told them he was shorter and it's not very reassuring haha... Let me know what you guys think ☺️
