After taking birth control for 10 years on and off (including a brief stint with Mirena) I stopped taking everything in January 2014. I've been seeming a natropathic doctor as well as an accupuncturist. I got one natural period in June. I've been charting and doing all the right things - but finally breaking down and going to the gyno for Provera. Has anyone else had this experience getting off the pill? Any tips/tricks?! xx
