Peeing Myself Before Period
I have noticed for several months now that in the week or so before my period starts, I pee myself a little when I sneeze. It rarely happens any other time. I always know my period is about to start when I start peeing myself. I have birthed three children (youngest is 11 y/o), but this has only started recently. Does this happen to anyone else and any idea why?
