Help!! Anyone been diagnosed with preeclampsia?

Just wanting to know what symptoms you had that led you to believe you had it.. I'm 35 weeks and for the past few days I've been getting really bad headaches, I've also noticed that my hands and feet have started swelling. It got so bad that I had to take my wedding rings off cuz it was staring to cut off circulation. I've also been feeling very lightheaded and dizzy and extremely tired all the time! Every time I go to my doctors appointments she says my blood pressure looks good so she's not concerned.. I know that swollen hands and feet, dizziness and headaches are all part of normal pregnancy but this is my 3rd pregnancy and I've never felt this way.
