TMI .. super gross I'm sorry please help though

I have had bad itching and super uncomfortable down there for like 2 days now. I thought it was a uti because I didn't have any discharge but today when I go to check my cm for this app I got this clumpy stuff and I have NEVER seen that before. So now I'm thinking I have a yeast infection but it doesn't smell at all. I don't know if a yeast infection is supposed to? Also I put a bunch of hydrocortisone cream on the outside of my vagina last night to help with itching (not on the inside where I checked my cm) and i was wondering if it could maybe be that... but I kept wiping it off on tissue and checking it again and there is like an endless amount. I know it's gross but I'm wondering if I should go see a doctor or if it's just a yeast infection I'll let it clear up on its own. Any advice would be great!
