Is this right? Sorry if tmi

I usually have pretty normal periods 1 day of heavy bleeding and cramping and the rest is normal bleeding with no cramping. Well Im on my first period post d&c and its day 3 ive had not to light and not to heavy bleeding but bad cramping all 3 days with small clots everytime I use restroom. Is this normal or should I call doc? I dont want to bother her mainly cuz ive talked to her alot since my miscarriage and if its normal it would just be a waste of her time. Please any info on what to look forward to would be greatly appreciated Tia
