Depressed after 2nd consecutive MC

I had an early miscarriage back in October and just miscarried last weekend at what should have been 11 weeks. The baby stopped growing the week before. I got to see its little heartbeat but the dating they gave me was 4 weeks off and I knew something was wrong.  Last time I couldn't stop crying. This time I just feel completely empty in side. I haven't cried much, I honestly wish I could.  Everything is numb and I feel hopeless.
