5 days late

I  am 5 days late I have endometriosis so my periods are off some but normally only by a day or two I took a test the day before I was supposed to start and it was negative I'm not having any symptoms of anything other than not being able to sleep at night i don't want to get my hopes up if this is just my endo playing tricks on me we are TTC I'm just wanting to know others thoughts on the situation
