Nuva Ring
I Been on Nuva ring for 5 months now & my period is REALLY heavy this month and my abdominal area is sore . I'm bloated and it's unusual . I love it in a way my body adjusted fast & easy . Has been reliable to far. Just never had a sore abdominal area like this before 😩😢 Anyone else on Nuva ring ?
