Confused, please give me some advice?

When I get a possitive ovulation test how often should I have sex? I always dtd the day I get the possitive but how often after a possitive ovulation test or before a possitive should I dtd? Ttc 2nd baby but my first wasn't planned but he was a Miracle after being told I would never have kids because I wasn't having periods for 3 years due to bad anorexia that I was hospitalized with many times x
