Marijuana posts

Why are so many Marijuana posts allowed? I know it's legal in 4* states but the other states it's not so shouldn't that be under illegal intent? And yes I know this is a post about it, but it's for glow to see that some of us are concerned about the illegal activities being shared on glow and "encouraged" by some people.
