Should convicted paedophiles have any rights in regards to seeing their children?

At work we have this one disgusting excuse of a man who molested his 10 year old daughter and now that he's out on bail, he's fighting for custody...

I personally don't believe he should ever be allowed to see his child but that's just my opinion.

Absolutely not. Shouldn't be allowed near any children, including their own.
Possible heavily supervised visits IF the child wanted to see them and was old enough to make that decision. If it was their child they had moleysed though, then absolutely no way under any circumstances

Some mental illness means you lock your door thirty times in a row or something. You can stay. 
If your mental illness means you harm children then you should lose an arm and go live in the woods.

None. The duty of society and the courts is to protect the vulnerable child from a predator who obviously cannot be trusted. How is this even a question?

If he molested his own child no way the rights to that child should be dissolved. If they never hurt their own child then very very well supervised visits only.

No I really don't think he should have any "rights" to see her. Why would we be so concerned with his "rights", what abt hers? She had a "right" to be protected by her parents and he abused that so he doesn't have any "rights". Of course God forbid I shud ever have to deal with such a situation but I pretty sure I wouldn't even obey court orders and let him see my child, my child is more important than a court that has no logic! Is the court gonna be there if something happens again and my child would have to deal with it?! I'm thinking not!
