What do you guys think about the morning after pill?

So I talked to a friend recently, and she told me that to her the morning after pill is equal to abortion.

Now, I personally wouldn't abort my child. But I'm glad that women have this option today, and I wouldn't ever dare to judge another woman's personal choice. But as far as I know, Plan B prevents implantation and thus pregnancy (correct me if that's wrong!) That's why it's not equal to abortion for ME personally.

I wonder what everyone else's thoughts are on this topic. :)
