Has anyone else read too much and scared themselves?

Sin • 31 years old, mother of 2 beautiful girls, a handsome boy, and stepmom to a beautiful teenager. Married for 11 years
I have been reading about pregnancy and all of the possible complications that can arise and I've officially worried myself! I've read about women going in for a 10 week scan and not finding a heart beat, about high blood pressure, blood clotting issues causing still birth. Gah!! Now I'm both looking forward to my scan on December 18 and now afraid of what might be wrong! Anyone else? I was ttc with my first two so I knew going in that I was healthy and ready to grow a person but this baby was a surprise so I'm afraid I've inadvertently done something wrong or am not as prepared as I should be.
