What would you do?!

What would you do if you saw a parent disciplining their kid publicly? The other day I watched a mom yank her daughters wrist really hard, the girl looked to be 3-4 years old, and ended up falling to her knees yelling and crying, and then her mother swatted her on the butt and continued to drag her out of the store.

It just made me think, since this kind of stuff is so frowned upon now. So many people disagree with spanking and feel that's it's abuse, but does that belief go so far as to call other people out publicly? Just curious...
